Digital educational products: ebooks, workbooks, worksheets, and access to a text-based training portal ("the Program"). Delivery is instant via download links and a portal URL provided after checkout. Nothing physical ships.
Because these are instantly delivered digital products, all sales are final and no refunds are issued. This is stated before checkout, and it's why the free field guide exists: sample the method at no cost before deciding to purchase. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license: read it, print it for your own use, fill in the worksheets, keep it forever. We may relocate the portal for security; if that ever happens, buyers receive the new link by email at no cost. Access is intended to be lifetime; in the unlikely event this site ever winds down, buyers will receive complete downloadable copies of all portal materials first.
